Socius Development Group is proud to be partnering with Carvi Properties in there development of the iconic Cosmopolitan Building in Irvington, New York. Built in the 1800’s and designed by world renowned architect Stanford White, The Cosmopolitan contains over 100,000sf of office and industrial space on the banks of the Hudson River. The proposed transformation to a luxury boutique hotel and spa, crowned with 30,000square feet of luxury residential residences will become Westchester’s most iconic hospitality and residential property.
